Question of a Lifetime - 12/20/2017 -

If you could ask God one question, what would it be?

Perhaps you'd inquire of all the homeless and hungry you see.

You might ask, why all the war and terror?

Or along the lines of, what have we done in error?

Would you ask of his marvel and wonders?

Maybe, the reason Humanity increasingly sunders?

Imaginably, something like how deep is the ocean?

Moreover, what puts the waves in motion?

You might inquire of the number of stars.
Or to know, once and for all, if there is life on Mars.

Perhaps, you'd want to know of something more.

Maybe, of the time and day we will soar?

You might question the call, and how we'll hear it.

Or make inquiries of the seven Spirits.

Perhaps, you'd ask the importance of the scroll?

Or in the grand scheme of things, what is your roll?

Would you ask to see New Jerusalem, in all of it's beauty?

Or while living in the Kingdom, what is your duty?

Take some time to think a bit.

With much pondering, conjure it.

What have you got to lose? Go out on a limb!

Set your heart, and just ask Him.
